Tradestaff had some TV spots as part of sponsorship deal and thought they had better get some work done.
We took time to understand the brand and saw that the biggest problem was a first principles one. Rather than focusing on placing talent into the workforce or the number of spots to fill, we crafted a story to align with the modern idea of what ‘temp’ work is - in the new gig economy.
As per our want we created this tongue-in-cheek TVC to talk to the changing face of employment and taking control of one’s own destiny.
